The working principle of an elevator or lift is similar to the pulley system. Basically an elevator is a metal box of different shapes which is connected to a very strong metal rope. Heavy duty wire rope passes through a pulley on the elevator in the engine room.

They did an amazing job, Support team was very helpful, even on national holidays, emergency complaints were taken seriously and the team arrived to resolve the issue as well as installation was done in a timely manner as informed.
